When Atlanta Allergy & Asthma Clinic’s Director of Information Technology Dan Pool joined AAAC back in the mid 90’s the practice was fairly technologically advanced. Over the years, Dan has helped our clinic stay ahead of technological advances to better serve our patients.
Today, AAAC utilizes more than 25 servers, 300 PCs, 100 IPads, and hundreds of printers and devices. This fall AAAC implemented a brand new patient portal, giving our patients the ability to book and receive appointment reminders online, request prescription refills, view personal health records, and send and receive messages from clinic staff.
