Susan Braker is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who treats patients at our
Austell and
Sandy Springs locations.
Susan received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo. After relocating to Atlanta, she completed her Master of Science in Nursing degree at Georgia State University.
Clinical research has always been a special interest for Susan. She was appointed to research assistant positions throughout undergraduate and graduate school. In 1994, Susan joined AAAC, and in addition to treating patients, she oversaw the care of Atlanta Allergy & Asthma Clinic's Research Department patients. In 2004, Susan received her Clinical Trial Investigator Certification, and since 2006, she has managed the Research Department within the Atlanta Allergy & Asthma Clinic.
Susan is married and lives in East Cobb. She has three children and in her free time enjoys Pilates, running, cooking and participating in various sporting activities with her family.
