Dr. Sarah B. Bluestein
Dr. Sara B. Bluestein* is board certified by the American Board of Allergy and Immunology. She completed her Allergy and Immunology fellowship at Vanderbilt University Medical Center where she received the Sam Marney Award for Excellence in Allergy & Immunology Training. She earned her medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia and completed her residency in pediatrics at Levine Children’s Hospital (Carolinas Medical Center) in Charlotte, North Carolina. Dr. Bluestein grew up in Marietta, Georgia and graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology. She is a member of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology, and American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology. Dr. Bluestein treats patients of all ages with allergic and immunologic conditions, and asthma. Her special areas of interest include food and drug allergies, eczema, and hives. She practices at the Northlake location.
Dr. David W. Carlton
Dr. David W. Carlton is board certified by the American Board of Allergy and Immunology and the American Board of Internal Medicine. He earned his medical degree from Emory University School of Medicine. He completed internship and residency training in internal medicine at the Naval Medical Center, Portsmouth, VA. Dr. Carlton completed fellowship training in Allergy and Immunology at Wilford Hall Medical Center on Lackland Airforce Base, San Antonio, TX. He is a member of the American College of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology, and the American College of Physicians. He practices at the Rome location.
Dr. Erinn T. Gardner
Dr. Erinn T. Gardner is board certified by the American Board of Allergy and Immunology. She earned her medical degree from the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine. Dr. Gardner did her residency training in internal medicine at Northwestern University and then completed her fellowship training in Allergy and Immunology at Northwestern University and Northwestern University Children’s Memorial Hospital. She did a fellowship in Allergy and Immunology at Rush University Medical Center/John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital, Chicago, IL. Dr. Keith I. Lenchner
Dr. Keith I. Lenchner is board-certified by the American Board of Allergy and Immunology. He earned his undergraduate degree in biology from Harvard University and his medical degree at the University of Chicago. Dr. Lenchner completed both his residency training in internal medicine and his fellowship training in Allergy and Immunology at Northwestern University. Dr. David D. Tanner
Dr. David D. Tanner is board certified by the American Board of Allergy and Immunology and the American Board of Pediatrics. He earned his medical degree from Vanderbilt University. He did his internship and residency training at St. Louis Children’s Hospital and completed fellowship training in Allergy and Immunology at Baylor College of Medicine. He is a member of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology and the American College of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology, the Medical Association of Georgia, and the American Medical Association. Dr. Tanner retired in September 2025.
