Book Your Appointment OnlineShameela Khimani, M.D. earned her Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Hendrix College. She received her medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, Arkansas. Dr. Khimani completed her pediatric residency at Advocate Children’s Hospital in Park Ridge, Illinois, followed by a fellowship in Allergy and Immunology at Saint Louis University Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri.
Dr. Khimani is board certified with the American Board of Allergy and Immunology and by the American Board of Pediatrics. She is a member of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology and the American College of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology.
She treats patients of all ages and is passionate about educating them on the treatment and management of their individual conditions. Dr. Khimani provides comprehensive care for the full spectrum of allergic, asthmatic, and immunologic diseases, with special interest in allergic rhinitis, asthma, and food allergies.
Outside of work, Dr. Khimani enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants in Atlanta, hiking, and watching Netflix with her husband and friends.
