Atlanta Allergy & Asthma Clinic physician, Dr. Stanley Fineman, was recently featured on the WSB Channel 2, 5 p.m. news discussing a recent academic study released by the publication, Allergy: European Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology.

The study investigates the effect of untreated Allergic Rhinitis (AR) on cognitive function and an individual’s ability to properly operate a vehicle. Findings showed that the magnitude of impairment caused by AR was not only relevant, but comparable to that caused by a blood alcohol level of 0.05%.
